Shreya Manot
As a Clinical Psychologist, my approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental. I strive to create a space where people feel safe, respected, and understood, and where they can show up exactly as they are.
I often think that people spend years carrying things they were never meant to carry alone.
Sometimes it's anxiety that has quietly become part of everyday life. Sometimes it's grief, burnout, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, or a feeling of being stuck. Often, people tell me they've been struggling for a long time before they finally reach out.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of sitting with people through some of the most difficult periods of their lives. What I've learned is that emotional pain rarely needs judgment or quick solutions. More often, it needs understanding.
I started this practice because I wanted to create a space where people could speak openly about what they're going through without feeling ashamed, dismissed, or misunderstood.
I see therapy as a space to understand yourself more deeply, work through challenges with support, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
My role isn't to tell you who to be. It's to help you make sense of your experiences and support you in moving towards the life you want to build.

I don't believe that people are defined by their diagnoses, symptoms, or the difficulties they are facing.Every person comes to therapy with a unique history, set of experiences, relationships, strengths, and struggles. Understanding that context matters.
My approach is grounded in psychological science, but therapy is never just about techniques or interventions. At its core, it is a human conversation.
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest with themselves, curious about their patterns, and supported as they navigate difficult emotions.
Therapy is about understanding yourself more clearly, responding to life's challenges more effectively, and creating change that feels genuine and sustainable. Above all, I believe everyone deserves access to thoughtful, ethical, and professional mental health care.
